We inform that your personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 – GDPR (Official Journal L 119 of 04.05.2016):

1) Personal Data Processors are:

Hit The Road Mariusz Gzela, ul. Emilii Hoene 2c / 29, 80-041 Gdańsk (as a travel agency),

CB Tomasz Oczkowski, Bychowo 36, 84-250 Gniewino (as a tour operator);

2) Your personal data are processed in accordance with Art. 6 point 1a General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 – GDPR – to send you our commercial offers and inform you about our planned promotional and marketing activities (if such approval is granted by you),

3) Recipients who will access your personal data will be only the following:

– public law bodies having legal basis for personal data processing;

– organizations working with us providing services for CB Tomasz Oczkowski and Hit The Road Mariusz Gzela,

4) Your personal data will be erased after the correspondence ends or after the withdrawal of your acceptance for processing,

5) You have your right:

– to access your personal data and to obtain a copy of them,

– to amend (correct) your information,

– to withdraw your acceptance for data processing,

– to require to erase your personal information,

– to make restrictions in the data processing,

– to object to the processing of personal data,

– to report to the supervisory authority in Poland – to the UODO Chairman,
